Please check for bad electrolytic capacitors on both main board & power supply, if there is any "pup-up" one, replace it (them).

This is normal on vizios, ours does it too. You have it switched onto RGB input. You need to change input after it comes on. Switch on and keep pressing change input button till it changes and then it will be fine. Alternatively plug in a computer on Rgb and then turn on, you will be able to change input normally.

Remove the TV cabinet to expose the circuit boards and plug and unplug the connectors the main circuit board, that many times will fix the issue.

There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). The screen is the most expensive part of the whole TV, save money for new set.

I looked up the manual for this TV and it has composite (RED, WHITE, YELLOW) and component (RED, GREEN, BLUE) connectors as well.

Are you using a cable or Dish box? If so, those boxes usually have output in Coax, Composite, and Component formats. You could just run that type of cable. If you use Component you will also need another cable set (RED, WHITE) for audio.

If, on the other hand, you do not have a cable box and you are using your TV's tuner you only have two options. You can repair the broken connector or you can route the Coax through an inexpensive VCR which will allow you to convert it to Composite cables. In this case, however, you'll have to use the tuner in the VCR, not the tuner in the TV to change the channel. Sorry it's not the best of news.

Power on your TV and press the INPUT button on the side of the TV repeatedly and rapidly until you can change it to a different input, such as AV. If this does not work. Try this: With the TV off, press and hold the input button on the side of the TV for about 5 seconds. The TV should power on and the input list will appear. Let me know if either of these work.

If you send the board to us we may be able to fix it. What you're looking for is having to replace the small SMD IC that the tracks from the HDMI ports lead to. Sometimes that is all it takes, other times it needs more and just today I've had a case where we just couldn't do anything as the damage seem to have spread to the large processor. This sounds like a signal issue. make sure your antenna is connected. Try a different input device. connect a dvd player, set top box for satellite or cable, or a camera, set the tv to the appropriate input and check for an image. Hope this helps.

I had this problem with mine but was able to take it apart and clean the contacts inside then reassemble and it works great
