I have a T-Mobile sidekick pv300 cell phone. it is deducting my money balance automatically without any voice calling, internet browsing, sms etc. how can I solved this problem.

slid the back off

The power ic might be damaged and there might be other hardware problem. Try to replace the battery. If it still won't switch on, sent it to the shop to get repair.

Get to the emergency call screen then hold down the Menu button (the one with the 3 lines), shift button and the letter Q at the same time for about five seconds and let it go. It will probably not happen the first time but do the same steps as mentioned again. Once you let it go the phone will ask if you are sure you want to completely reset the phone scroll to yes and hit ok. If you do not want to lose any stored data then this is not the method for you all data, contacts, etc. will be deleted. This worked for the Tmobile sidekick II Hiptop.

If you're getting, 'radio firmware unknown'
Then the radio module is dead.
The radio module wont respond to give the firmware version.

Sidekick II reset:
Drain your battery until your phone refuses to turn on, then charge it, the privacy lock should be off.

Press and hold the Menu key (the one with 3 lines) + the shift key and finally the "Q" key all at once.

Okay so you're at the privacy lock screen.
Okay press the Menu key and the Phone Mode key (the one with the circles) at the same time.
This should take you to emergency phone calls

Hold down the Back key (the one with the arrow) DON'T LET IT GO.

Now press MENU and PHONE MODE at the same time, now let go the BACK KEY
but
DO NOT let go MENU or PHONE MODE

Then press BACK again and let go of MENU and PHONE.
Now press MENU and PHONE again and then let go of BACK.

It takes like 3 times to unlock it
but it always works.
