Turn on and red light go to green and back to red
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. POWER SUPPLY CAPACITORS
Look on ebay for power supply capacitor kit for your model. Range from $20 to $30..some even have soldering irons. Replace all caps paying attention to polarity. This will clear lots of sets that don't power up.

Go to EBAY and look up a capacitor repair kit for your model kit. They cost $20 to $30. This is to fix the power supply board which is the middle board. Be sure to note polarity of the capacitors you replace. There is a positive and a negative on them and that must be observed. Use a magic marker and mark the top of each cap as you replace it. Replace all caps supplied in the kit even if old ones don't look puffed out. This should fix your power supply. I did this on a friend's set over a year ago and the power supply is still ok.
TV won't turn on at all, totally dead.
Check and replace its main power supply regulator board as card basis. Normally, there is no repair to these boards of plasma TVs. Any attempt to repair this board, will result both waste of time and money. And more, after replace this board, you have to adjust the Vs & Va voltages, according to the plasma panel label too.
