My HP wireless mouse does not work. I've tried all

Did it used to work and stopped? I'm ruling out the obvious, replacing the batteries. I would check the Device Manager to see if when you insert the mouse's receiver USB plug, that the device is recognized, and also the driver is properly working. I'm guessing you tried that already... Last resort I would open the mouse and look for any problems with the hardware, and also see if the USB plug is disconnected on the inside. It's also possible for a USB port to "burn up" the trace on the board. This happened to mine for the ports on the top and also thought it was my mouse. I found out that the USB port inside the computer on the top were shorting out the small circuit board. So What I did was remove the small circuit board for the USB ports, and solder in a jumper wire to bridge the gap that was burned out. The cause, dust. I recommend blowing out the case every 3-5 months while it is unplugged with either duster or a compressed air gun preferably. I hope this helps you.

Where can I find a Ballast for HP ID5220 DLP TV?

It looks as if you have to return it personally, and have them fix it. I saw nothing on the HP ID5220 DLP TV in the ballast lists. Sorry, man. Wish I could be of more help. Maybe someone else has a better site, or connections, that can help you. Your best bet is to get professional help with someone, like the company that manufactures the hardware.

HP 5060 N plasma tv 50 " Screen is Dark (Not alot

Hi, thanks for using fixya..

The Optical Block probably needs to be replaced. This is a major tear down job and a very expensive
repair. Call HP center and see if they are willing to help with the cost of the repair and also to get a local Service out to confirm that it is a Optical Block problem.

I hope this helps,

5060 N HP Plasma screen is dark, when picture

Probably not a circuit board problem but rather an overheated display. Perhaps the TV is mounted ttoo close to the wall or has just worn out. Not usually a repairable problem.

My lg tv was damage by the lightning can it still

Hello
It cannot be predicted whether it can be set it right or not; because lightning will have trillions of volts when it hit earth. Our devices are designed to work for 220VAC the most. The repair circumstances will depend on the how strong it was hit by lightning. A through check is necessary to say whether it is repairable or not. Please contact an experienced service techinican and get his advice. OK.

My HP flat sreen Tv,

Yes. If you are not performing the repairs yourself it is time to take it to the repair shop before the main board and power supply both need to be replaced. It might be too late and both of them may already need replacing. That is a costly repair and you might just want to purchase another tv, but let the repair service provider test the board and power supply and he'll let you know. That way you'll have peace of mind and know exactly what is going on.

Dvd player doesnt read the

Try a different cd if the player won't read any CD or DVD then there is most likely a problem with the actual reading hardware. If under warranty HP should replace, if not can take to a repair shop or purchase a replacement unit. Another thing to try would be looking for a reset to default options in one of the configuration menus to make sure there isn't some software setting that is causing the issue.

While watching tv a black

Your signal board is showing signs of old age. The signal board is the one with all the RCA, and RF connections. You will need to replace this board. If you know of an electronic enthusiast, have them pull out the existing board. They will have to check and replace capacitors as needed. Much of the problems facing flat screen TVs are bad capacitors. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support!

I have an hp dv6700

It is possible that the computers operating system has become corrupt for one reason or another, my guess is that your computer is over 3+ years old(dv6 series is old) if formatting and reloading your operating system doesn't fix this issue, it may be your hard drive that has failed(or failing)
