TROUBLE SHOOTING FOR HPDESKJET 940C
You can try the following steps....Turn on the printer and lift the top cover. Wait for the print cartridges to move to the center of the printer. Tilt the cartridges forward and carefully lift them out of the printer.Dip a cotton swab in warm water and clean the metal connectors on each print cartridge thoroughly to remove all paper dust and ink residue. Continue cleaning the cartridges with new swabs until the swab comes away clean.Vacuum the interior of the printer with a small vacuum cleaner like the kind used to clean and service computers. Continue cleaning the printer until no more ink residue and paper dust are found in the interior.Wipe the inside of the printer with a soft cloth to remove any remaining residue. Reinsert the print cartridges into the printer, making sure they are secured with a click, and close the lid.Remove all paper from the paper tray and flip the tray down so you can clearly see the inside of the printer. Direct a flashlight into the printer interior and look for any torn pieces of paper.Grasp any torn paper firmly with the tweezers and pull it straight out of the printer. Examine the printer interior again with the flashlight to ensure there is no more jammed paper.***If you need any technical help on printer then you can
