You must have something like 'Start > Programs > Wireless Manager'. This manager is also launched if you have the 'Wireless' icon activated in your Today screen, and you tap over it.. There, you should find a button dedicated to toggling Wi-Fi on and off.
An alternative way is going to 'Start > Settings > Connections tab > Wi-Fi'. If you tap on 'Seach for Networks', the Wi-Fi radio will be turned on.
Anyway, once a Wireless network is detected, the encryption methods are usually already pre-filled. You'll be prompted to set the passphrase, if any, though.
Just my 2 cents...
Regards, Carlos

If you mean you want to connect your device to your PC to synchronize your data, download and install either ActiveSync (if your PC has Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (if it has Vista or 7, instead). You can find them both here.
Hope it works for you.

Hi

There are so many fake batteries outside now which cannot last long.

Please, make sure you get the original battery from your dealer and and charge it for six hours before using it.

Regards.

Simply!
Power off the device, then hold the Volume Down and Enter buttons at the same time, then press the Power button.
A message should come up asking if you’re sure you want to do this, let go of the buttons you held down and press the Volume Up button to accept, or any other button to cancel the reset.

please note >> it is will delete all your data ...........!

Hi.

Try performing a reset to factory, that is called hard reset:

To perform a hard reset

1. Press and hold down both Left SOFT KEY and Right SOFT KEY, and at same time, use the stylus to push down the RESET button at the lower left side of your device.

2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the two soft key buttons. Release them only when you see the following message on your device screen: - Press Send to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.-

3. Press The button when prompted.

Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Ensure that installed programs and user data have been backed up before performing the hard reset.

Skype for pocketPC is available for download from the skype website.
if you can configure your 3300 to a wi-fi point you can use skype for call made almost free.
you would have to pay for GPRS service to a service provider for internet usage and can still use Skype.
I understand the GPS cannot be used for Skype calls.
Best of luck
