Dear when you copy file to mobile go to programs and then File Explorer.
Look at left you will find My music or my documents or my pictures you just go my documents and find the files where you have copied

Hold down the two soft-keys (the ones below the screen) and while you have them held down you poke the reset button with your stylus. You'll then see a message on the screen saying 'press R to reset, X to exit'. Pressing the R key on the keyboard will hard-reset the device. It'll now take a few minutes to reboot and load all of the operator customisation etc.

This procedure will hard reset the HTC TyTN, Vodofone v1605 and all other HTC Hermes variants.

Do you have the data plan activated on your SIM with ATnT?

you can do it on ebay. put unlock blackberry 8700g and you will find an unlocker. just pay and give them the IMEI number you will receive the unlock code by email and the instruction how to enter it. good luck

..switch on and try hardreset :

Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device. You will be presented with a menu saying 'press R to reset, X to exit', if you press R Your device will be set back to factory default settings.

Everytime I turn on my phone its like that.
Nothing's wrong with your phone dear.
If you think Im not sure well I have the same phone and I've had it for a year. So Im sure nothings wrong. As long as its operating fine its ok. Believe me.

Can you still use the camara?
Can you beam a photo to another phone using bluetooth? If yes, than NOTHING is wrong.

No, you cannot unlock a CDMA device. Sprint and Verizon devices cannot be unlocked to use with another carrier such as AT&T, Centennaial, T-Mobile, or Alltel because they dont use SIM cards except for the internation phones which only recognize international SIM cards.
