- Open the Settings app and go to "General" and then to "Accessibility"
- Toggle the switch for "Grayscale" to the OFF position

The screen is replaceable. That being said, replacing a cell phone screen is similar to working on a watch. VERY tight, very compact, very prone to damage if you're not careful.
That being said, if you want to try it yourself, I'd recommend checking out
http://www.ifixit.com. This site provides the tools, parts and repair videos to explain how to fix the device.
If you're not comfortable working on a very compact device, then you should be able to find many local places that provide that service for you.

I am guessing that your phone probably shut itself down to prevent data loss. When was the last time you shut it off by holding the top power button until it says slide to power off and then powering it off? I may be wrong in this but,... Okay, so have the phone unplugged and I want you to press and hold both buttons at the same time, the Top Power and the Home Screen Button and just continue to hold them, sometimes even for like a minute but I'm guessing within like 30 seconds or so the Apple logo will appear then you can release the buttons. If this does work you can prevent this from happening again by power cycling your phone on a daily basis or at least every other day. :-) I hope it helps good luck.

You need to connect to iTunes via your computer & select restore this iPhone. This will re install iOS & should solve any problems you have. You will lose anything that is currently installed however, so, if you have a backup on your computer, once the iOS has been restored, you then need to go to restore from backup. This should then put your iPhone back to how it was when you last did a backup.

Easy, take three fingers and double tap your screen. Now that your phone is back to normal, change your settings so that this doesn't happen again. Go to settings, click on general, click on Accessibility, click on Zoom, then turn it off. Now, this wont ever happen again.
How can I receive my email from Microsoft Windows
Go to:
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account
From here complete all the fields:
Name (Your name)
Address (email address of account your adding)
Password (password used to log into the email account)
Description (Anything you want)
Now, once this is complete, it may retrieve the correct mail settings for you (some accounts do) however if it asks you for a pop3 setting and a smtp setting, then use the following:
pop3.live.com
smtp.live.com
that should be everything you need :)
