To update the software on your Harwa 32-inch TV, follow these steps:
Check Other Solutions First:

A USB flash drive.
Find Your TV Model Information:
On your TV, navigate to the Help menu and select System Info.
Write down your TV's model, revision, and firmware information.
Download the Firmware Update:
On your computer, visit the Insignia Products website at
www.insigniaproducts.com.
Click on Support & Service.
Enter either NS-19D220NA16 or NS-19D220MX16 in the search box under Manual, Firmware, Drivers & Product Information.
Follow the Firmware Installation Guide:

Copy the firmware file to a USB flash drive.
Install the Update on Your TV:
Plug the USB flash drive into the USB port on the side of your TV.
Press the MENU button on your remote.
Navigate to HELP and press ENTER.
Highlight Update Firmware and press ENTER.
Confirm that you want to update the TV firmware by selecting OK.
Your TV will display a status screen while installing the update. Do not turn off your TV during this process.
Once the update is complete, unplug the USB flash drive and press ENTER.
Your TV will turn off and then back on to finalize the update.
Rescan for Channels (if needed): If your channel list has been deleted, you'll need to scan for channels again. Refer to your TV's manual for instructions on how to do this.
Remember:
If you encounter a message saying the firmware file is incorrect, ensure you've downloaded the correct file for your specific model.
If the update fails or your TV screen remains blank with a blinking red then blue power LED, turn off your TV, turn it back on, and run the upgrade again.
