May be u were using this button regularly,so it may be some kind of loose contact due to frequent use

1. Pull out the stylus.
2. With the device turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons "aka the center button" , then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Release the RESET button, but continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons until you see this message on the screen:

This operation will delete all your personal data and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press Volume Up to reset to manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.

4. Release the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

5. After restore completed press VOLUME UP again to restart the device.

dude jus check the message center no....tak ur friends device and check the message center no.....if its not input the same no sms gateway and internet gateway is different.....

Yes, you can store the data directly to yur memory card. Can you let me know the model number of your mobile phone.

u can use any models driver cd.

hard rest factory default settings = when ur set is switched off press both buttons call and end key and then press power button on upside of pda for like 5 sec screen will appear asking to format all data take out ur card if u dont want to format that now confirm by pressing the centre action button in 4 side joystick and go

if not solved then go to www.htc.com for latest Rom update downlaod and update backup ur data first

u need to go to start>settings>system>regional settings and then set ur device language to english if u want to make it complete english OS is that u mean then pls download updated English ROM from www.htc.com and install it as directed

pls reset ur device for some reason the call handling software has been corrupted dont worry just backup ur data and reset the device as follows

The only way you can store your contacts is by doing a backup with a software like SPB backup. www.spbsoftwarehouse.com. (but only for backup purposes)
Your contacts are used by the system all the time and they are stored on a file called pim.vol , you cannot modify or delete this file cause the system will break down. Your device see's that file only on the root memory so there is no posibillity to transfer it to the SD card.

When u using the Align Screen, you cant leave the applications untill u re-align your screen, or by doing a soft reset [hold down power button for a few seconds]
