Over voltage protection function is turned ON. Just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 10 minutes or so and check. If it do not help you, the main power regulator board should be checked and replaced. use the screw knife to open the tv,please remember the cable location,and then find A06-126436 A06-126437 A06-126438 A06-126439 those pcb number,and those are inverter board.you can also find those boards on www.wisiny.com

Just FYI, I had this issue after 30 days of ownership and was able to fix myself by resetting tv to factory defaults.

I need to know, does TV have white bright light coming out from any vent hole at rear, while TV screen is black but sound is OK ?
This info will help me to diagnose problem.

Tuner has damaged. Replace it with original part number. Number will be there on it.

Your inverter or cfl bulb is out on the right side.

In order to ensure, it is not caused by the input device, connect a DVD player and see. Switch off TV, switch off power, remove plug and wait for 48 hours and retry.If problem persists, I suggest it is better to refer it to a qualified service technician, since the back cover has to be opened for investigation/rectification.

try to check the audio IC..

Could be in the set but if using a cable or sat box unplug them and wait a while and plug back---I have seen a reboot of a box cure this issue.
