try connecting the camcorder to a pc using the cable, sometimes a pc can fix the drive. or you will need to do a factory reset. press in the rest button next to the lcd screen for 3 seconds.

Some places require a hospital grade detergent such as wESCODYNE be used to include the air hose(s). Please beware, the AC power in AU/NZ is 230 VAC, so you will need a step down power transformer to use it there.
