What are the dimensions you have set in the user defined boxes- also when you are setting those dimensins is there a box that allow you to select your printer that refers to borders?VERY IMPORTANT- when you finish creating a custom size, you must SAVE it before it becomes availableI don't have either the printer or the Windows to test

Hi,

Turn the printer off, take out the cartridges, turn the printer on, reinstall cartridges. Printer reads cartridges as new.

Why this happens? I don't know if the rumors are true but check out this website and you'll find out.

Is the new cartridge a genuine new one or a refill ?
Refills must be reset with a special "clip" which reprograms the cartridge to say it is now full of ink again.
These can be found on ebay quite cheaply.
