LOOK ON MOTHERBOARD FOR CMOS RESET,
you will jump the 2 pin, i mean short them together
after putting on the jumper start the computer for a few seconds and the turn off, remove the jumper
than restart computer if you are still having some problem, turn off computer let everything stop, cold boot, when you turn on the computer push down on F10 to access cmos [bios] settings
go threw the settings and select the options best fit your needs
if issue continues than contact the manufacture for RMA return for another board, or call them, techn. support, you could look under most asked FAQ to see if the issue come up before

I use a downloadable software and burn it to a DVD. Here is a link to the site. They have almost all the drivers to all pc's and laptops.
