Hello Jiger Jain, Unfortunately I do not understand what you are referring to when you say "touch keys". I will make the assumption that you are having technical difficulties with your touchscreen device in general, and in which case I suggest performing a hard reset. To perform a hard reset, simply press and hold the lock screen/power button until the device powers off. If a hard reset does not solve your issues I am afraid there is a deeper set problem, including but not limited to: Faulty digitizer, software failure etc. Thanks, -Dish guy

Is your phone a smart phone?? Does it have something called ambient light sensor (light sensor).??? Check your phone manual. If that is the case then you can turn it off. Ambient light sensor is a function that senses the light outside and automatically adjust the brightness of the screen. But sometimes it goofes up. So you can go to settings> display settings> brightness> if it is auto then turn it to manual as per your convenience. Again depending on your phone model the settings may vary. I hope this helps.
