Cant find p35-153-11z9 driver

Tere isn't a separate driver for the Realtek 8201CL 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Controller. The driver is part of the chipset software & should have been installed when you installed the Asus motherboard support CD software. (Asus K8U-X).
Double check your bios settings. Check that the onboard LAN controller is set to Enabled. See page 2-19 in your Asus manual.
Link to Asus; http://support.asus.com/download/download_item.aspx?product=1&model=K8U-X

Link for manual; http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock754/K8U-X/e2010_k8u-x.pdf
Realtek wants people to use Driver Detective to help in finding drivers from RealTek, see the link posted; http://www.driversupdated.com/exact/realtek.php
(I do not know what the these mean from your post, P35-153-11z9)

If your LAN is set to enabled in the bios, try reinstalling your Asus CD software, (Chipset drivers). If the drivers still fail to install it is possible the LAN controller is defective.

Hello when i install windows my

You are probably installing windows XP
This requires that you install the textmode sata raid drivers as you install windows

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=K8U-X&p=1&s=20

Download the RAID driver and expand it to a floppy , CD or USB drive that the computer can recognise
(USB is better)

When you install windows, at the prompt for installing other drivers press F6 and let it find the raid drivers, if it finds them, it should then recognize your hard drive and you can install windows XP

Can I put this HDD --Western Digital Caviar Blue

Yes, you can connect that hard drive to that motherboard. However, it is worth noting that the maximum transfer speed of the motherboard is only 3.0 Gb/s, so you will not be able to get the full speed from that hard drive.

They will work together when connected with the correct SATA cable.

    Hope this is helpful!

Under, Download, theres only support for win 2003. You might want to try one of those drivers, but they may not be compatable with your windows version.

    I have a k8u-x motherboard..

Your trying to install windows 3.1 or 98 ? I have never seen Windows XP or newer on floppy disk is why I ask. That will not resolve your problem though. If you are sure you have the hard drive installed and connected with at least one of them set to Master, if you are installing 2, You may need to enter Bios and have it auto detect the Hard Drives in the Bios. If the Bios doesn't recognize the Hard drive or you have 2 hard drives and one isn't set to Master it won't matter what media you use you won't be able to install anything on the hard drive.

    PNY VCG84512SPEB GeForce 8400GS (ASUS K8U-X)

I have no idea why you would go from an agp to a pci. Agp has like 8x the banwidth of pci.I'll assume the agp slot went bad. If you can get into bios before you lose the display, change the display from agp to "init pci first",save & re-boot. See if that works, then when in windows install the drivers right away. If that doesn't work, during boot at the splash screen, press f8 & select "safe mode" with networking. This should let you get into windows so you can remove the old agp drivers, then re-boot into safe mode again & install the new drivers. Then re-boot normal & you should be ok. If not, that board has a big problem.
