If you mean in I cloud I will you still have Iphone or iPads in your iCloud you no longer have if you remove them it will give you more room but if you have had one stolen removing it will let them restore it hope this helps

That would be the lcd connector in side of the ipad. You will have to take apart and might have to get a new screen.
