Wireless speakers
You should have two pieces for your wireless rear speakers setup. A. a wireless card inserted behind the all in one receiver. B. the receiving box that will connect to the 2 rear speakers.Also,you should not have any obstacles to block off the line of site for the rear speaker receiving box to the wireless card.
Best way to test it is too simply leave the rear speakers connected to the rear speakers receiving box on the floor near the a/v receiver with dvd player built in.Play a dvd and see if you have sound coming out from the rear.

I have a Panasonic SA-HT650 Home Theater system
A power source problem. Means there is voltage measured at the output/speaker cable connections. Indicates a failure of the amp., or faulty power supply to it.
Just re-check all of your connections, especially speakers. And that the power ac power source from the wall is wired correctly and has proper voltage and grounding.
U99error
We recommend you remove all speaker cables and HDMI cables from the system. Then turn the system back on and see if the U99 message appears. If it does, then we recommend having the system evaluated by an authorized service center using the below link.
