Here is something to try. Could be the fuel tank vent is blocked, so loosen the tan cap to ensure air can get in. Then start and see if it can move at higher rpm. If the engine still stalls out, check the fuel filter and replace as it may also be blocked and not letting enough fuel to pass when needed at higher rpm.

Does the safety lock out handle work ? May have.a faulty switch broken wire or solenoid stopping the hydraulics from working

You've got some sort of safety lockout. There will be a switch or sensor somewhere that's not working properly. Make sure you stop the machine and chock it before you work on it or it will come down and crush your head.

Did you check the return fuel line? there is a spring loaded ball valve beside the fuel injection pump. just replace it. it is because the said valve is for holding the pressure of fuel in pump gallery ,if it is not working properly the pressure goes down and engine became stop or no power. Please try.

Not sure on your exact unit, but on my Case it is running in neutral.

Either get a hold of the manufacturer for a replacement or find one that has the same dimensions and pull rate to replace it.

When it quits, tap it with a hammer. If it restarts, then it needs to be replaced. If not take a voltage and see where you are loosing the voltage to the blower.
