All Dell servers come with lifetime phone support.
Call Dell and they will help you identify the problem and provide solutions.
I think the number is (800) 945-3355.
You will need the service tag number from the server chassis.
If this helps, please vote for my solution.
Dell Poweredge SC1420 won't boot up
Amber lights are typically bad.
Good news, Dell has lifetime phone support for their servers.
Write down the Express Service Code and Service Tag number that is on the server chassis and call Dell.
This is the last number I used for server support: (800) 945-3355
If it doesn't work you should be able to find a valid number at support.dell.com
I hope this helps.

Hello Moshe88,
Can you give me your server's Service Tag please, so I can get a look at the hardware spec of the system please?
I'll then be able to assist further.
Thanks

Power is 2950 i912 sel full
Namrata_stha,
The I912 error is referring to the System Event Log is full of events and because of this is unable to log anymore. You must clear the log in order for the Server Management controller to log any more events. Now depending on the OS installed there are different ways to clear it. If Windows Server 2k8 you would use this command - wevtutil el ' foreach { wevtutil cl $_ }
Where with Server 2003 you can go tot he Event viewer and clear it.
Let me know if this helps.
