How do I clean the transfer belt on my Lanier
The transfer belts on these generaly cant be cleaned if you know how you can just remove the transfer belt unit and take the cleaning unit ou this is positioned on teh leaft hand side just under the belt at the top there is screw take this out then press the small brown lever and and pull teh unit out carefully make sure you press the lever in as jif you dont you can damage the belt..vac this out and wipe the blade with a soft dry cloth.. if you are savy with the machine the main area to clean is the alloy or chrome roller at the top.. you will have to take the belt off to clean this.. the id sensors read off this to get reg and colour calibration right so it coulld cause problems if this is dirty..let me know if this helps or if you need more info..Good Luck A
