Did you try postscript driver from the Lanier website?

This is just a shot in the dark, but if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself. Just a guess. If you have an owners manual, I would check there to find how to solve this problem, but this may indicate the print heads are damaged in that area. You might enter the "menu" if there is one, and run any maintenance tools available to see if that corrects the problem. If you don't have an owner's manual, you might be able to find one at the printer manufacturer's website in the support section.
