Hello,

You need to contact the customer care of the Sim card, they will give it to you. Once your sim pack is missing, that is the only other way you can get the PUK code from.

Hope this helps!

My screen is blacked out.

There is a plastic socket that is connected to the screen called the CRT socket if you can get a good one that fits your screen change the one you have on, that should solve your problem.

MY JENSEN TV WILL NOT

The red light is the error code. Count the number of times it blinks and that is the code you need to search for. The model number of the TV is also needed in order to diagnose it.

Good luck!

I have 15" model

Peerless mounts should be able to take care of the mounting problem you have. Wherever you buy the mount you will need to know the VESA standard. It is:
VESA MIS-F 75mm mounting pattern

The cable company serving the dorm will have to provide you with a set top box with either composite outputs (the RCA yellow, red, and white) or component outputs (the Green/Y, Blue/Pb, and Red/Pr) in order to view tv channels.

I have had to replace

Hello Tom.
Out of my many years of TV repair experience.
Considering your situation, all that gas, mileage and time consuming issues I can give you best advise I am able to.
Jensen - is no-name TV, built somewhere at unknown location with quality that couldn't be lower. People who built your RV were greedy enough to install that "brand" instead of good and reliable one.You know why they replace it instead repairing it? Because there is no parts or technical support for this TV. It is obviously that cheap audio amp that they designed for this TV is not able to handle load and it's just keep blowing.
Save yourself from that nightmare - throw this useless junk away and invest in Sony or Samsung LCD of same size. Any repair attempt will cost you 25%-50% of price for the new one.
And stay away from all those "Radio Shack" brands that have limited production run and then disappear in darkness of today's market.
Regards.
Russ.

When i change the channels it takes 2 to 3 min for

You have a bad capacitor. A bad capacitor will show low voltage and move to a point where it may not operate this TV. This capacitor may be located near the tuner, or it may be near the flyback and always suspect those high voltage low Mf capacitors. Such as 160 volts to 200 volt at 1 Mf ,2.2Mf, and 4.7Mf. These are most certainly contributors to your problem! At its worst point the tuner may need resoldered or replaced.Hope this helps you. Thanks for asking me!

I LOST MY INSTRUCTIONS LIST

Hi,

Configuring codes:
Turn on the component that you want to set up.
1.Hold the component key down until the green indicator light comes on. The green light should come on after approximately 3 seconds.
2.Release the component key.
3.If you are programming the DVD or CD device press the "action" key. The red indicator light will come on.
4.Within thirty seconds, enter in a 4-digit code number. The component key lights will blink with an upward motion when a code has been successfully entered. In this case proceed to step #5. If the code has not been successfully entered, the componment lights will not blink. In this case return to strep #1 and start over.
5.Test code by pressing "Power" key. If the component turns off, you've got the right code. Follow the same instructions to set up your other components. If the component doesn't turn off, return to step 2 and use the next 4-digit code listed.

Auto Code Scan:

The Auto Code Scan feature allows you to set up your components without having to enter in code numbers. The Jensen will do the work for you!
1.Turn on the component that you want to set up.
2.Hold the component key down until the light comes on. The green light should come on after approximately 3 seconds.
3.Release the component key.
4.If you are programming the DVD or CD device press the "action" key. The red indicator light will come on.
5.Press "0" - "9" The green light will blink as codes are sent.
6.As soon as the remote turns your component off, press the "action" key. The component key lights will blink with an upward motion when a code has been successfully entered. The component is now programmed. 7.If none of the codes turn your component off, return to step 2 and start over.

Thanx

I need a universal remote

My research has not turned up any information regarding a universal remote control, which looks like a cell phone or otherwise, that contains the strings "A0133" or "1001632".

Additionally, we would need to know the manufacturer of the devices you would like to control, in order to provide remote codes that will control those particular devices once we determined the make and model of the universal remote in question.

My best educated guess for you is to use the 'code search' function of your remote. Many remote manufacturers use the same code search protocol throughout their product lines, so if we can determine the manufacturer of your remote, we ought to be able to figure our how to program it.

Your query has been posted under "JENSEN" remote controls, so I am going to provide you with instructions for performing the code search function that works with many Jensen universal remotes:

  1. Turn on the component
  2. Press and hold the component key (TV, DVD, VCR-AUX, SAT-CBL)
  3. The illuminated on-off key turns on and stays on
  4. While holding the component key down, press and hold the ON-OFF key. The illuminated ON-OFF key turns off.
  5. After holding down both keys for three seconds, the illuminated ON-OFF key turns back on.
  6. Release both keys. The illuminated ON-OFF key remains on
  7. Press and release the ON-OFF key repeatedly until your component turns off. Wait four seconds between each keypress. Each time you press the ON-OFF key, the illuminated ON-OFF key blinks, and the next code in the list is sent. This process continues until all of the codes in the code lists have been searched. If your component turns off, you have found the correct code. (If it cycles through and the illuminated ON-OFF key blinks four times and turns off, all codes have been search. The manual code search method is exited.)
  8. Once you have found the correct code, you must save the new code by pressing and releasing the STOP key. The illuminated ON-OFF key turns off. You must press the STOP key to save the code or the correct code will not be saved.
I hope that helps.
