Hey, I also got locked out of my computer several days ago. I tried several free software. It took me two days and got quite messy. Unfortunately none of them work for me. Finally I made it work with Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 . The good news is that it works. The bad news is it is not free. You can try

Try to check the geographical location setting and time zone. It has to be set to the right location and time zone. Once your computer connects to the internet, it will try to sync with the right time in the internet. If that will not work, then it is with the CMOS battery. It will have to be replaced.
Notbook is crashing
Hi.
This could be as simple as a loose or poor connection somewhere. There are a couple of things that I would look at. Firstly, try another ac mains adaptor incase the power lead is intermittent. Next you could look at the power socket on the back of the laptop. These can play up and sometimes are responsible for poor connections. The above will be made worse if you have removed the battery or if the battery is old or poor. Put a decent battery in and keep it charged even if you are using a power adaptor. If there are breaks in power the battery will act as a reservoir and prevent dropouts.
You say that it crashes when you move it, is it ok when you leave on a table and operate it?
The only other thing I can think of is that there could be a loose connection inside the unit. I would check out the connection ribbons before pulling out chipsets or motherboards. Good luck..

Reboot your pc.
Keep pressing F8 before you see the windows logo.
If you did it right, you should come to a screen where you can select Safemode.
If that doesn't work call Fujitsu support and ask for a recovery disk.
