A 20 inch set is unlikely in most cases to have or allow such adjustments.

If you don't have the code, you could do a code search and when you hit the code search button on the remote, continually hit the power button until your tv turns off. Then save it, but it may take awhile. You may have to hit the power off a 100 times or more if you don't have the code.

You must press the AV/TV mode again (you might have pressed it twice earlier knowingly or unknowingly) to return back to the TV mode.

BE VERY CAREFUL!! This area is part of the output transformer which produces the HIGH voltage to the screen. The one to adjust is the SCREEN control. I would be surpised if just moving the TV would have caused this to have altered.

look for d482 to be shorted if it is ecg 552 will replace and r482 will be open too iused a one ohm 1 wat res to replace so far it working just fine

I think this may be what you need I will tell you and we can see. Its true most remotes have codes but their are so many of them it would be hard to say. But as a fail safe the remote is programmed with a self coder. turn your T V off stand away from it a couple of feet and aim your remote at it, then start pushing the power button slowly at about 2 second intervals just keep pushing sometimes you may have to depress the power button as many as 50 times but the T V should turn on when it does use your remote and go to menu channel select and scan it should log the channels in automatically in about 3 minutes

Unless you adjusted somthing to cuase this, this could be a falt in the tv. Caps in the vertical circuit or some other failure. Possibly in the pin circuit. This may not be an adjustemnt. There is somthing in the service menu to do a vertical height adjustment, but in my experience it usaly is somitng else wrong.

Ur power ic board inverter is dead.

due to the new digital change alot of sets like your are being effected with similar problems such as guide and time issues. not sure if it will fix itself after the deadline
