Hello, your problem might be faulty connection on your DIMM modules. Take it out and clean the contact area with a brush, place it back and start the machine. If this dose not solve your problem it means the Reader Controller PCB is faulty and needs replaced.

This is a low number for that roller.Check the bearings make sure they are not seized. If you have experience a noise then most likely you have bad bearings and the roller is not rotating correctly. The guides may have built up of toner and touching. the seperation guide plate not in correct position or knocked off .under the roller dirt and grime needs to be removed. something is touching the roller causing this and you will get better life from a OEM roller.

Clean the vertical path rollers .they are located in the right door. check for obstructions. inspect your right door for broken parts and missing pressure springs that keep pressure on those vertical rollers. Make sure the right door is shut firmly.

Simple That problem is in the Developing Unit. If you check the DV you will find on one side it has gears remove the screws to expose the gears. Then look for the small round copper metal in front of a gear thats your culprit. Replacing it is the best way. Or clean it if no replacing part is available.

check the cable that connects the scanner to the copier bodyit sometimes gets broken you can wiggle it and reboot the devicethats the only thing that goes bad for this code
