Check the capacitors in the power supply

hi there,if the fuses are the main problem try first checking the chord by turning it on and off without plugging it. to test if there is a conduction and or a current. bring a tester with you. if you know how to test a voltage might be well so easy. just first look in the specifications located behind your Television check if its using ohms or voltage just follow the diagram. to prevent electric shock.secondly try to locate the power supply or the transformer on the TV board then test it with out plugging. and locate for the fuses and test it first before you replace any of it. (make sure if you replace any of the components from your Tv board fits the same spec.if still the problem persist: it might as well be a board problem. check if there are evidence of burned ic's or resistors. if you are not capable of doing this all my suggestion will be Go to the expert to fix it for you...regards,xjc

You can buy it from most of the electronics spare part selling shops. Buy one universal remote control, which have setup codes for Westinghouse Brand TVs. You can get this detail for its attached code list.

There are a few things that could be wrong. Before I start I have to let you know that if you are getting audio on while you are on TV mode than you switch to the av mode than most likely it is a settings issue. Number one thing you have to check is that all the cables are connected properly. You have to make sure that you are using the correct white and red connection on the back of the unit because you can accidently connect them in to the YPbPr connectors. Another thing to try is to check on the settings while you are on the av mode. Please make sure you have the internal audio on and not the external. Are you saying that the light does not turn on at all and there is dark picture or what? please explain more

if the light is not coming on the inverter or the bulb is damamged. many time when the bulbs go this is due to improper cleaning. if someone cleaned the unit by spraying the cleaner on to the unit and not the rag, this may have damaged the bulb

If it is plugged into an outlet strip or surge suppressor be sure the strip is switched on and try to reset it. If you are plugged into a wall outlet check your circuit breaker to be sure its not tripped.
