For some reason I can not get power to my tv
Start fromt the plug and move on to the fuse, the coils, the rectifier, and the SMPS. If there is mains on this stage and there is no output of +B then you need to replace the SM drive/Transformer/ allied components. If +B is present and the set does not trigg, there could be the main board failure.. it might prove difficult if your are not familiar with this PCB... Just check this out

Have you tried the reset buttons on the back of the TV?
It should be right below your Cable IN port.
If that doesn't work, you may have to take it into a repair shop for the main unit board to be replaced. The part # is KD352
It's $99.59 at Shopjimmy.com
So, don't let the repairman
rip you off.
Unpredictable audio output for no apparent reason
That click sound when the tv turns off is normal, that is
just the relay from the power supply shutting off.
When you turn the tv on, do you hear a faint “pop” noise
from the speaker? If so, the problem is with the heat sink under the audio IC.
Over time, the heat sink will lose its consistency and start to melt, thus
shorting out the audio circuit. To fix,
you’d need to clean off the melted residue on both sides of the audio IC as
well as replacing the heat sink with a newly redesigned Sharp Heat Insulation
Pad. It’s a pretty complicated fix, I suggest calling your local authorized
sharp service center to fix this problem.
The part is inexpensive, so you’re most likely looking at a labor charge
(maybe around $200ish) for the repair if they are not marking up the price too
much.
