Try this. Press and hold the {MUTE} button on the remote control while plugging the power cable back into the outlet. Turn Bluetooth on or off - Sanyo TV

1. From the home screen, press the MENU/OK key.

2. Scroll to Tools and press the MENU/OK key.

3. Scroll to Bluetooth and press the MENU/OK key.

4. With On/Off highlighted, press the MENU/OK key.

Depending on the unit you have if you have more than one input (mine has four HDMI, Computer, Standard TV, etc) you may need to be on the right channel or input. You should be able to bring up an On Screen Display that will let you make changes, You might want to try the Menu key on the remote to bring this up. You need to do a search for active channels in your area. For this, you will need a compatible remote control.

If you look on the remote manufacturers web site, your tv should be listed or similar.

I think you should have a remote to reset your TV. If you can't have the remote, then it is better to have a universal remote. The other set may not be the same model and has different features.
