Hi, There. You should try to reset the router. There's a small hole in the back that you must press with a needle or something similar for about 30 seconds. After all lights turn off and back on, your password should be the factory's original, usually Admin as username and no password.

Good Luck!

If you have a working Windows wireless machine, you can extract the key from the Windows machine and use it on your other devices.
Download this: http://download.cnet.com/WirelessKeyView/3000-2092_4-10614187.html
and then run it.

You can learn the WEP or WPA key in use which you can then use on other devices.
If there are no other working wireless devices, you will need to log on to your access point and reset the password there. The instructions for that depend on your access point.

I lost cd

You do not have to use the cd.
Shutdown your PC. Unplug the power from the router and the cable modem.
Wait 30 sec. then plug in the power to the cable modem, wait 30 sec. then plug the power to the router. Wait till you have "Internet" light then restart your PC. The PC should pick up an IP address and you should be able to get on-line. This is if you have a cable service provider. If you have DSL, the router needs to be configured with PPOe.

To access the configuration utility, open a web-browser such as Internet Explorer and enter the IP address of the router (192.168.0.1).

Enter the user name (admin) and your password. Leave

the password blank by default. Find the manual on this link, slow link but you can read it online.: http://www.scribd.com/doc/4040609/wbr1310-manual-110

Click on this link or copy and paste the complete link into your browser.

AegisE5.dll was not found.

The file bcmwltry.exe is the tray bar process for the Broadcom Corporation Wireless Network software.

You can try eliminating the program from start up.
Click on Start >>Run, type "msconfig" (without the quotes), then click on OK.

When the System Configuration Utility loads, click on the "Start Up" tab, then scroll down to the "bcmwlt.exe" entry and UNCHECK the box next to it.

Click on Apply, then OK, and the computer will need to be restarted. Do it. Upon restart, you'll see a System Configuration Utility warning. Simply choose the option to stop it from repeatedly opening.

This will be fixing your problem
Have a great day!
Pablo :-)

At first you need to have the password in order to change it. If you don't have it, you can reset the router to its factory default configuration. To do that, look on the back of your router. There should be a small hole that only a sharpened pencil or pen tip will fit in. There is a button inside that hole. You want to make sure you press the reset button down for about 15 seconds and make sure the lights flash on it when you do that. Your router will reset to the factory defaults.

I have an X-box360 and my router is not working.

The first thing you should try is the simplest: turn your router off, and let it rest for a moment. After turning it back on and allowing it to completely start back up, restart your computer, X-Box, and all other things that it might not be working on, to be sure that they are picking up it's new signal.
If nothing has changed, make sure that all of the proper wires are plugged in for your router.
If none of these basic steps are working - what error messages is it giving you? Is your X-Box360 simply not picking up the wireless signal? Does your computer's wireless connection still run smoothly?
