OK, the whole Hawaiian Island chain is volcanic, formed from volcanoes which rose in turn from the ocean floor, erupted, formed an island around, then became less and less active in turn as the whole island chain moves away to the NW at 2 - 4 in per year. Mauna Loa is one of 5 volcanoes which have formed the main island Hawaii. It is still active, and is a wide flattish volcano 4169 metres above sea level (13 679 ft). It probably started erupting under the sea about 700 000 yrs ago, and rose above the surface about 400 000 yrs ago. The usual way to remove programmes installed on your computer is as follows (however you will need to be an authorised user or administrator):

1. with the computer running click on the Start icon in the LH corner of the bottom menu bar
2. then click on Control Panel
3. then click on Programmes and Features
4. in the list of installed programmes shown select the one you wish to delete
5. then select uninstall in the menu bar above (you may get a window requesting you to authorise the next step)
6. then click OK
7. The computer should then delete this programme from your computer.

When this is completed you can delete the next programme you wish to remove by selecting it then selecting uninstall.

Hi, I recently discovered the same problem. The same error code came with mine however, it is fixable if you turn on your speech recognition device. However to get rid of the error code in general you have to restart the program. Good Luck!
