have u got a grass green wire connect it to earth

make a **** at the bottom corner of both seats -place the **** near the center of the vehicle on both seats feed a clothes hanger through the top and wiggle that thing to the **** at the bottom-connect your wire bundle to the hanger with some good ole duct tape and pull it on through-gently-when the wire bundles emerge at the bottom - see about tucking them under the center console and keeping them hidden all the way to where you need to connect them-hope that helps

yeah like everybody says CONNECT THAT Brake wire(could be any color depends on your Head Unit) with the BLACK WIRE...it works!!!!!!!

Thanks for everyone's help. The bcar screen actually is the backup camera screen which is activated by the orange wire and when I turned on the lights, it got activated. I disconnected the orange wire and everything is fine. When I get a backup camera I'll connect that wire to the backup lights so that it will come on whenever I put the car in reverse. You are right that their manual is not very clear at all. I called their tech support and they couldn't help me trouble shoot the problem either. The unit is functioning perfect now but my next beef is that you can't change the XO vison default screen when a cd is playing. It would have been nice if you can scroll some jpeg shots of anything else besides looking at the xovision logo. I guess I can't have it all for $340 so, I'll stop whinning.

I think i had the same problem... I think the mute is on on your system...go into setup and down to default and reset everything...if your sound comes back then the problem lies within the back. You would have to un-attach the brown cord (tel-mute), After that it should work. This is the problem i had and this was the fix for me. Hopei helped

same problem here! Bummed I am gonna have to rip this unit out now and replace it. If you get a fix or find out more post it pls. Waiting on XO vision to call back.
