My Barista Starbucks machine is bellowing steam
Yes starbucks is right, the problem is with the pressure relief valve, which opens and lets go of excess steam inside machine, it can be dangerous and might cause an injury if the pressure gets above bearing point of the high pressure pipes, this could be fixed by any kind of technician but what I suggest is, that you contact Starbucks and it's their responsibility to fix it for you, free if still under warranty. I recommend using one of their resources as this kind of problem can harm you if something happens. Just call them and ask them how you can solve it and if they have local CO resources you'll take it there or simply you'll have to pack it to one of their national service centers.

Machine not filling with water and tripping thermal fuse, how to fix??
It sounds like the issue may be related to the water flow, as you mentioned that the machine is not filling with enough water. This could be caused by a malfunctioning water solenoid, pump, or manual water fill valve.
To troubleshoot the issue, you may want to try the following steps:
- Check the water supply: Make sure that the water supply to the machine is turned on and that there are no kinks or blockages in the water line.
- Check the water filter: Check the water filter to make sure it is not clogged or needs to be replaced.
- Check the water solenoid: If the water solenoid is not functioning properly, it may not be allowing enough water to enter the machine. Check to make sure that the water solenoid is receiving power and that it is opening and closing properly.
- Check the pump: The pump is responsible for pumping water through the machine, so if it is not working correctly, this could be causing the issue. Check to make sure that the pump is receiving power and that it is pumping water through the machine.
- Check the manual water fill valve: If the manual water fill valve is not working, this could be preventing water from entering the machine. Check to make sure that the valve is open and that water is able to flow through it.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be best to contact a professional technician to diagnose and repair the machine.
I have a Nuova Simonelli Mac Cup 2 Group. 1 group works fine. 2nd ... NO WATER gets to the group head.
It sounds like you may have a clog in the water line or the tubing that leads from the water tank to the 2nd group head of your coffee machine. To address this issue, you can try the following steps:
1. Disconnect the tubing from the group head and the water tank.
2. Flush the tubing with hot water to remove any buildup or debris.
3. Check the inlet and outlet holes on the group head to make sure they are not clogged or obstructed.
4. Reattach the tubing to the group head and the water tank, making sure it is securely connected.
5. Test the water flow to see if it is now flowing properly.
If the water still does not flow after following these steps, you may need to disassemble the group head and inspect it for any further blockages or damage. If you are not familiar with this type of maintenance, it is recommended to seek assistance from a professional.
