IF YOU DONT HEAR IT CLICKS, MOST LIKELY PROBLEM IS WITH SPARK MODULE, IF YOU HEAR IT DOES CLICK, BUT GAS DOES NOT IGNITE, CHECK IF IGNITERS FOR CRACKS OF CERAMIC INSULATION, THEN ITS BAD IGNITER. You are either: A) missing the mounting screws and brackets that hold the unit in place B) it is stuck and will require brute force to remove C) both

Is there directional grain..? I have removed small imperfection in stainless look by gengtly rubbing only in the same direction as the existing grain.. and be careful sometimes the repair is worse than the issue..
