Casio seem to have a problem with the percentage key

The issue is the fact that you are adding the %. You need to Multiply it by 1.1 instead of trying to add 10%. This is a wonky equation anyway, because your not specifying what you want to add 10% of. This is why you are getting a weird answer.

Installing new battery

Turn the calculator over. Look for some small screws that fasten a 1 or cover to the body of the calculator. Loosen the screws and remove cover. You should find button cell batteries. Before removing them make a note of the sign you see on the batteries (+ or -) while they still in place. Replace the batteries with the same model or equivalent ones. Replace the cover. For more detailed instructions consult your calculator's manual.

How do I calculate the precentage

Percent simply means "out of 100", so one half (ie 0.5) needs to be multiplied by 100 to give 50% (for example).Your calculator may have a percentage function (usually on the equals sign but you will need to refer to the instructions to check how it works.

How to round up decimal

I don't think the calculator has that function, but what you can do is round on your own. If the decimal .005 or greater, you'd round it up to .01. Simple as that!
Hope this helped.
