WAY too much shaking

why does my washer shake soooo much during the spin cycle. Now, I understand these washers shake, but this is out of control. So much, that it is very obvious that the machine is unbalanced and will not even go up to full speed for the spin cycle. The machine is level and I even anchored it to the cement floor and it doesn't help. are there adjustments I can do inside?

Take out the four "shipping\travel" bolts in the back of the machine. Read the manual- it will tell you how to do this. John

Called Bosch, advised to have a "factory trained tech" come out to reset. I'll be really upset if I have to pay $99 (for the 1st 18 min) to have a tech push the start & ?? buttons or unplug machine for a few minutes to reset. How can I reset these codes? Thanks DW

Check Water Tap??

I would say on every 2 loads, we get a flashing CHECK WATER TAP on our readout. What is it and what can I check? We have had the Nexxt Premium set for about 4 or 5 years and never had a problem with it yet.  This is new.

Also having problems when the liquid softener dispenser will mix softener with water, but not drain. Any advice?

remove the cold water hose from the washer look inside the parts of the washer you unscrewed it from, there is a plastic screen in there that needs to be clean out. you can pop it out with a small flat head screwdriver, clean it then pop it back in. also remove cold hose from valve on wall. there is another screen in there that needs to be cleaned. this will fix the problem

metal ring aroound rubber seal fell off.

The metal ring that surrounds the rubber seal on the front fell onto the floor when I opened the door of the washer. Is there any trick to getting this back around the seal.

Start with the spring at the bottom, work the retainer around until the seal starts to pull away from the washer. Now grip the loop that the spring attaches to on the side that isn't in place and open the retainer. Push the retainer in place and release the spring.

Bosch nexxt washer is leaking from underneath

My three-year-old Bosch is leaking water/suds from underneath during the final spinning. The leak seems to be from the left corner at the back of the machine. Any ideas?

I found out why mine leaks. In the Bosh design there is a trap molded into the soap dispenser plastic tray. This tray or trap has a wide open path to the inside of the washing machine. We are using the tide pods as a detergent. Two things are going on here. This trap fills up with water immediately when water is cycled into the machine. The second thing is the pods partially dissolve and leave a gunk that blocks the water pathway to the drum. This blockage eventually allows water to pass however when the pressure is high and this blockage is restricting the water level rises and the trap dumps out into the washer panels. This water immediately leaks down and out the bottom. Observation when I disassembled the machine the trap was moldy and stinky. Water stains were running down the inside. Maybe the engineers at Bosch should look into this.

Bosch Nexxt series washing machine front gasket mold

Our front loading washer has a terrible mold issue in the front gasket. The water doesn't drain completely from the gasket area (the holes are roughly 3/4" above the bottom of the inside front of the gasket) and after each wash I wipe dry the remaining water. I cannot even close the door between washings, it must be left ajar. We were away for a week and my husband had closed the door...needless to say the gasket was covered in mold! Disgusting! I even have to wipe it down with bleach periodically and that does not even remove all the mold. I have read on another website other individuals with this problem, but no remedy. Have had the techs from the installer out and they do not know what to do to solve this. ongoing problem for 2 years and I am sick of it. Please help. Have spoken to Bosch reps who say they have not heard of this problem, just referenced me to another repair company.

Hi.
The quickest way to solve your problem is to fit a new door seal.
Then each time you finish a wash, clean and dry the door seal.
At least once a week, depending on how often you wash, do a hot wash with powder, but no clothes in.
This is called a maintenance wash.
This should solve your problem.
The door seal probably got into its present condition because of several different reasons, namely:washing at too low a temperature-not using sufficient powder- amongst other things.
the mould is actually living bacteria, not a pleasant thought
Please positive feed back if you find this helpful
Cheers and good luck

Bosch Nexxt 800 series - washer doesn't always spin dry enough

I have had a problem with wash not spinning enough and the clothes have a lot of water still in them at the end of the cycle. As there is not a spin only option I have to put the clothes through the washer again - it is difficult to wring out king size sheets by hand.
Bosch says it is because I use too much soap - I use HE soap and only 2 teaspoons per load as they recommended - but I still have the problem at least once every few weeks.Bosch says there is a sensor and it detects too much soap and won't spin all the water out.
Help please

First inspect the water pump then the pressure switch. Soap buildup can cause this too.

Bosch washing machine leaks at right bottom

My model WFMC3301UC washer leaks about a cup of water with every load. Water comes out near the round "cut out" on the bottom, right. I opened up the round "cut-out", I see something round, black, that I turned and opened; water gushed out.
I've read about gunk in a pump, where is the pump on this machine?
Thanks!

The part that you removed, was the pump filter, the pump is located behind the filter, possibly, the pump itself is leaking, or the filter cover is not fastened in tight enough, pr the filter seal is defective, if after tightening, it still leaks, suggest you replace the pump.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

can I use bleach in my Bosch front load washer?

can I use bleach in my Bosch front load washer?

Bosch technical support told me on the phone when I called to ask about this that it would ruin something if I used actual bleach. A seal or something. So although I had used a small amount twice, I have stopped. I admit I'm not happy about not being able to use real bleach. The substitutes don't seem to whiten clothes quite as well.
