follow these steps:
1.go to the official site 
2.select your device
3.download the sound driver for windows 7
4.instal the driver
5.restart

To resolve this behavior, contact the manufacturer of your computer to obtain a BIOS that is fully ACPI compliant.

To work around this behavior, manually install the Standard PC hardware abstraction layer (HAL):

1. Restart the computer to restart Setup.
2. When Setup starts again, press F7 (not F6) when you see the "Press F6 if you need to install a third-party SCSI or RAID driver" screen.

Windows automatically disables the installation of the ACPI HAL and installs the Standard PC HAL.

I would say that this sounds like a classic case of improper install. I would uninstall it and reinstall it and if that dosn't work then contact your ISP to see if the internet could be checked!
P.S. change your password on your account cause the messenger will kick you off when your account signs in on another computer! YOU COULD BE HACKED!

Hello arnohok, I think the problem was located inside your pc which means you need a technical knowledge. You need to open the cover of your System Unit Case and tighten or firmly connect the cables that matters about your cd or dvd rom.

This problem occurs because of display driver or resolution issue.
For that when you power up the computer press F8 key before you see windows logo .
then you can see safe and other menu enter in enable vga mode then go to start ->control panel ->display ->settings.
Change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok.
If sill not able top see display in normal mode then enter in safe mode and uninstall graphic driver then restart computer then install graphic driver again.
Also Reattach all connection to harddrive because some times harddrive is not recognized properly in bios .

First of all tell us - is there any beep sound comes from the CPU?
most likely there is some problem in RAM, just remove the RAM from the CPU and reinsert them after cleaning by a soft cotton cloth. 
you can also reset the BIOS by removing the small battery located on the mainboard (mother board) of the CPU.

Regarding the Power Supply, i believe it's Sufficient.

The amber light you are getting is the Battery charge light, If it is just a steady blinking then the machine is indicating that it is charging the battery just like normal, However if it blinks a code such as 3 amber then one Green it would indicate a problem with the battery.If the machine just started flashing the icon with no apparent explination the best thing you can do is to power off the machine then take the battery out and disconnect the power adapter, Once you have done that can you then press and hold the power button down for 30 seconds.Next can you take a pencil eraser and rub the battery contacts on the battery and the laptop to make sure they are clean and have a good contact then replace the battery and the power adapter and fire up your machine.Once you have done that can you then wait 1-2 hrs and see if the blinking light goes out after the battery has had time to fully charge and condition.

Follow the above and let me know, if problem still Persists.

Why would you want to fix it? Mine is running on 0% unless I am doing a bunch of processing .... It is just telling you haow hard the CPU is working..

On the back of your computer there are 4 diagnostic lights just above the audio jacks.

Would you Comment back with the condition of these lights from the time you turn it on. They will either be Off, Green, or Amber.

I might also ask, do you get any of the fans starting? Either the CPU fan or the case fan? Do you get any lights on the CD/DVD drive?

On this site you have drivers for Sahara laptops, but you must see do you have another sing, not n1356, view something diferent.

Ribbons you should have 2 one for the cd rom drives and one for the harddrives, Look closley on the borad and it will say next to the connector which is which, the ata one will go to the harddrive and the ide one will go to the cd rom drive the end that only has one connector goes into the borad, the one with 2 connectors kinda close goes into the compoents, DO you have more than one hd if so you may need to find out which one is the master and which is the slave!
