The jumper of the harddrive is usually located at the back of the harddrive. It could be a white or black plastic. All you need to do is put the the plastic to the PIN that corresponds to the slave access of the drive. There is a legend on top of the harddrive which will indicate which PIN is master, slave etc. MA stands for Master or stand alone. SL stands for slave. Please see pictures below.

check the jumper setting. jumper create this type of problem.

you can try re-installing the sound driver.

first try to add more data to it then try using nero to erase the data or try alcohol120% it worked for me

If you need to install drivers.

Always get your drivers and specific software from the manufacturer of your Laptop, Notebook or Desktop. They are usually free of charge.

your windows need to be repaired. if you have dvd rom repaire it or make your pen drive bootable and repaire it, and one possible is that 10 % I feel the problem is with you motherboard.

If you don't run heavy duty applications (ripping DVD's serious gaming) then a basic heatsink will work fine.
