You will need to go into Manager, and adjust teh voicemail timer. By default it is at 15 seconds. Figure 3.5 seconds/ring when figuring out how long you want it to ring before going to vmail.
Phone rings once and goes directly to voice mail
Check to see if you have accidently enabled the "send all calls" feature on your handset. When this feature is enabled, your phone will ring only once and then send the calls directly to voicemail.

What was changed? The IP address of the phone system or the IP of the voicemail PC?
You just need to go into manager and change the IP of where the voicemail is in the SYSTEM>VOICMAIL tab.

You have a dead line somewhere. When you dial 9 it looks in a group of trunks for a call to go out on. Test the dial tone of all the lines. If that isnt it. There might be a problem in the ARS routing.
While customer is using Headset,
I would take a look at the speaker phone button. If it's a machanical button try turning the phone upside down and push the button as quickly as passable for a 30 second count. If you can, blow on it or use caned air if you have it. This may dislodge or clean the switch. This may also further damage the switch to not work at all, but at lest you will know for sure where the problem is. Most cases the simplest answer is the right one.
