I can't connect my EnV2 to my Jabra Bluetooth. Is there a trick?
It could as easy as updating your phone by dailing *228 with a Verizon phone, select option 2 then press ok when the update is complete. When the phone resets, turn on the bluetooth headset, a prompt on the phone should come up to enter the passkey which should be 0000

Samsung a707 won't reconise my H500
Turn the Samsung off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it on and try again. Power cycling the phone really does help sometimes. Let us know if this doesn't help.

I charged for 2 hours and when I hold for 11
Make sure the wall socket you plugged in is working. You may need to turn on a light switch, etc. The light should come on when you plug it in and go off when it's done charging. Try charging longer. Leave it plugged in overnight and try again.

Pairing with iPhone
Real easy go to the iphone and settings go to bluetooth and it will said in discovery mode.
then go through the pairing of your headset sontrols and the iPhone will say enter password then enter 0000 or whatever your H500 manual says.
If you have already paired the H500 with another phone you need to reset that. this is also covered in the manual which can be found online at motorola.com

The factory number is 0000, if it was changed, look on the manual to find a way to reset it.

I want to pair the motorola H500 to my blackberry
-Be sure the headset is fully charged.(plug it in till the light turns off.)
-Hold the talk button down for 4 seconds or until the blue light goes solid (not blinking.)
Now the device should be ready to pair with your Blackberry. It usually only stays in pairing mode for a short while (approximately 90seconds)
