Don't know how to increase
To increase the volume for the ringer, the volume buttons located on the charging stand can adjust the volume. To change the ringer volume on the phone instead of using the stand, go to the menu on the phone and type 1 then 1 again. This will take you to the ringer volume screen. You can select between the options:{1}: Low {2}: Medium {3}: {0}: Off.

Phone shows line in use
unplug the phone line to the wall if it sill says "line in use" there is a short on your phone and you will need a new one. If not there is a short somewhere on your line. Call your phone company to repair your line. Note the phone company will charge you for repairs inside your hose.

Display check phone line
Either your phone line is dead or your base station is not plugged in correctly (or broken). Buy a cheap non-wireless phone and check the phone jack. If that phone works your Panasonic was had the line plugged in correctly you need to buy a new phone. If not you need to call your phone company and get a repair scheduled. Note, the phone company will charge to repair phone lines if they are damaged inside your house.

We have a small business
Hello.
We need more info.
If the customer is in the U.S., what state ? If not the U.S., what country and city ?
Please verify the spelling of the customer's last name.
Also, the incorrect phone number would be helpful.
Thanks.

Not call out. It says
Hi.
If the phone was not purchased in US the unit may not work with the US signal.
Try using the procedure below to reset the phone:
- Disconnect all power adapter cables from wall sockets.
- Remove all handsets from cradles.
- Remove all battery from cradles.
- Fit back the batteries in their handsets.
- Place back handsets in their cradles.
- Connect power cables.
The
procedure above will reset the system and will re-sync handset (or handsets) to
cradle. I wrote at plural because the phone system may have more than one cradle/handset.
If that does not work, then the phone is
defective. In that case you will need to replace/repair the faulty handset or the whole system.
If
there is no reception, then the internal contact to antenna may be
defective, either in cradle or handset (both have internal antenna). In
that case contact Panasonic. See:
Panasonic USA.
Regards.
