If the printer is plugged into an outlet on a power strip and won't turn on, try plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet. Also, make sure the outlet you're using isn't controlled by a timer or wall switch that could be making the outlet inactive...Still have Problem you may need to Send it for Service under warranty...

I want to copy a document
How often do you need to "copy" documents. Do you have a document scanner? Your Epson is a printer. You'll need a scanner to scan a document into your PC then you can print it out on your Epson. If you only need a copy once in a blue moon, and you don't have a scanner, save yourself a few bucks and just go to Kinko's or maybe even your local grocery store or library and run your copies there. They probably cost about 25 cents a page. A new scanner will run you about $100 bucks. If you decide that you need a scanner, you might even want to consider investing in a multi function printer which will scan-print-copy-fax. Hope this helps. EPSON STYLUS RX 520 HAS AN ERROR E-91
The error E-91 on an Epson Stylus RX 520 indicates a communication problem between the printer and the cartridge. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
