Konica Minolta Copier Toner, DI-3010, 3510303A Questions & Answers
What happen, if he did not run toner
Have you had the developer and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready to Copy" it is waiting for them to get done, so that equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the image unit underneath the drum. Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum. Showing line in printing
Are the lines white (no toner is printing on that area) or black (too much toner is printed on that area)? In the first case, you might have dirt on the developing unit, the best bet is to replace the developer and before cleaning the developing unit. If the second case is you case, you might have a broken drum (scratches on the green drum that you'll see while the right door is open) or the charging unit might be dirty; in these two cases, you should replace the drum unit. The same black lines appears if the fusing roller is scratched, in this case you should replace it. Just drop us an email at

Good morning, my Konica Minolta 190f says:please call service 001,what will I do to resolve this
Error code 001 is a generic service call error, and it could be related to various problems within the printer. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Power Cycle: Start by turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power source, and waiting for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can clear temporary glitches.
- Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no paper jams or any obstructions inside the printer that may be causing the error. Clear any paper jams carefully if you find any.
- Reset Printer: Look for a reset button or a specific key combination in the printer's manual or documentation. Try resetting the printer to its default settings to see if the error clears.
