In your printer driver Cd there are three type of hp laserjet 1200 installations you can find out. pcl5/pcl-6 /and ps versions. Try to print your bill form through these three driver sioftwares.And moreover i want to know that what software format you are using in your bill printing ?.

Where is the area that is flat ending up when it gets stuck?

Also, what repair was made on this printer? DId you take out the motor at all?

Also, if you removed the side panel.. is the clutch correctly placed? And is the spring in there?

Also, be sure to align the clutch on the pickup roller shaft with the follower (large plastic tab) (callout 2) on the paper lift plate

first u must diagnostic the problem to see if the problem from the drum unit or the fusser unit by stop the printer in the middle of print and remove the paper then u can see if the smudge appear it well be from the toner if not then the fusser faulty

open cover eject toner and toner flap cover open {spring flap cover} clean drum if your problem not solve so check fuser assy

most of your spot problem solve after you clean toner drum
otherwise replace toner drum or toner cartridge

which port r u use lpt or usb ?
if you printing from lpt port so go to cmos setup and change in
INTEGRATED PHERIPHARALS option and change parallal port mode and set that as a EPP+ECP

Ensure that you are putting the paper in the right position.
there has not been problem of pick of roller from that model.
Ensure that paper are well inserted into the printer.
You can clean the pickup roller. worn out roller might be responsible.

At the back of the machine open the door and make sure that the green levers are in the up position or if they are there at all.

As these levers apply pressure between the heat and the pressure roller forcing the toner onto the page. If they are there and in the correct position then the likely thing is that the fuser unit will need replacing.

Seem that it maybe a faulty cartridge. If installing a new cartridge does not sort the problem then there is two other things that could be causing the fault.

1 the transfer roller is out of position.
2 The fuser unit is faulty.

Please try the toner cartridge first though.

Replace the fuser assembly

Troubleshoot the wired network connection Make sure you are using an undamaged Ethernet cable, check for a green light near the Ethernet port on the printer, and then print a report to verify the connection. Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the Ethernet cable from the router and the printer. Check the cable for damage, and then verify that it is an Ethernet cable and not a phone cable.
