Hi,
You need to install the driver for your operating system.
The drivers are necessary to print documents and scan images. These drivers must be installed to use the print and scan features.
Please click here to download the Driver for the printer HP Photosmart 2575 All-In-One InkJet Printer for your operating system Windows Vista (64bit./32bit) and install it to your computer.

Says paper jam when none exists
Ah, I feel your pain! Been there.
Make sure you are doing a complete inspection on your printer. You may have removed what you thought was causing the jam, but in actuality there may still be a small piece of paper within the paper feed mechanism. Make sure you check both the front and rear (if you have both) doors of your printer.
I would also suggest cleaning the paper rollers (the little rubber looking wheels that move the paper through your printer). They can get dusty and not grasp the paper as well as they originally did.
As for the cartridges slamming, check the plastic strip that connects to the cartridge carriage. It may not be connected properly.

When copying original print has
Hello,
Open up the printer, clean image drum, couple it back and try again.
If the problem still persist, then it, means you will have to replace the image drum entirely. Once there is a defect on the image drum, it
can not be corrected except by replacing.
There is a wiper blade in the
drum which cleans excess toner. When that blade becomes defective it
does not do it job. Look at it like a windshield wiper.
You can clean
the windshield, but if the blade is defective the streaks will return.
Take care.
Printer takes in paper, but no printer activities.
several probable problems. Driver problem or hardware problem or printer cartridge dried up,
Try reinstalling the driver and try to print the test page. If it still gives the same result as you mentioned the check the ink cartridge. if that seems ok then its mostly with the hardware problem.
A message comes up on the printer window saying
clean the cartridge contacts.... then align it.
To align the cartridges from the front panel follow the steps:
1. Press Setup.
2. Press 5, then press 2.
This selects Tools, and then selects Align Print Cartridge.

Hi there
This could be a Virus on your PC.
You can try see if this may do it.
Go to Start / Run and type in "services.msc" without quotation marks, then press Enter or click OK.
In the window that opens (Services) look for "Print Spooler" on the right
Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".
Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".
Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.
Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go.
Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.
The Print spooler depends on the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service. Is this service disabled? Go to services.msc look for RPC. Check state: Automatic
