If the mixer is under a year old and you have a receipt, send everything in,beaters, bowls, book, etc, to Authorized Appliance center near you and you will receive a brand new replacement or upgrade free of charge. Make sure you have your Name,address & phone number with the unit.

S unbeam is very proud of its name and mixer products. I could tell you to cal a company by the name of BERG at its rep company RPM industrial, in Burlington Ontario Canada tel?. They probably made them in the second place. However, they will require the specs and you don't have. Just call Sunbeam Service and get a return address for them for you to ship them the damaged gears. Give them a note saying you are interested in the failure report but could you just through a couple of replacements in the mail.
