Yes, fans are somewhat the bane of these new TV technologies. With all the mechanical and optical stuf in them now, TV's are a lot less reliable than the good-ole CRT type.

Not totally sure what your asking but I think your saying your LED lamps aren't working, if that's the case replace them

You either have a bad Main board or simply a bad touch control button in other word one of your side buttons is defective and it is blocking any other signal to the main board, but usually its a bad main board. In some cases ther is a FIRMWARE update from Panasonic, you may want to call Panasonic or check there website for any type of FIRMWArE UPDATE.
