Unfortunately the control board is dead and will need to be replaced. Here is the board to order if you decide to order it. The E2 error code was for a stuck button and it would require the control board to be replaced also.

It would appear that the error is related to the functioning of the hall sensor / harness. E3 error code is indicating that the motor should be running but the hall sensor for the motor is not sensing the turning of the motor.

If the error code comes up all the time as soon as you press the power on button, then it means your control board is bad and reading incorrectly. If it only happens during a cycle, then you need a new motor unfortunately.

Note - You could disconnect the power supply for few minutes, say 15 minutes and see if that resets the control board and solve the problem unless follow what was mentioned above.

NF stand for no fill, check your water supply.

The "OE" error code means the control detected the water level in the machine is above the overflow level. According to your description the first failure suspect is the water valve possibly stuck. Perform the troubleshooting as described in the tech sheets.
