Use a really small screwdriver to carefully clean the white tube both from the front and the little hole underneathI had frothing problem as mentioned above and noticed this tube was blocked, its 4 years I have had the Gran Dama 6600.Cleaned as mentioned and did some purge as I went along, now it works as new. Its a maintenance that should be done once a year. You learn as things happen. LOL

We had the same problem & worked out that it's because the actual milk container is too cold & has contracted from being in a cold part of the fridge. We moved the milk container to the door of the fridge ( it's a little warmer than the rest of the fridge) & it slotted in perfectly the next morning!

Get a thermometer and measure the temperature of the coffee 10mm below the nozzle while making a long black. A fully functional machine will be between 80 and 86 degrees Celsius depending on the temperature set in the menu. (normal through to very hot) Significantly less than this indicates limescale buildup. Try descaling. If nothing else works, you may require a new boiler.

Mine started leaking too. I took the machine apart and cleaned everything. (if your at all mechanically minded it is very, very simple to take apart). Still leaked. I ended up leaving the top off the water dispenser and the leaking water goes right back into it! Don't know if your leak is that "lucky". Just thought I would share.

Run thru 3 full pots of white vinegar, then 3 clear water pots.

No--The cycles are different so you need a transformer.

From page 21 of the owner's manual: Message: general alarm. Meaning: The inside of the appliance is very dirty. What to do: Clean the inside of the appliance thoroughly, as described in section 15. If the message is still displayed after cleaning, contact a service center.

Hi sounds like a blocked boiler. Remove the water inlet line going into the boiler and use a 3mm drill bit and drill the inlet pipe out. Could also be a faulty hot water solenoid. Dazza REPAIRER

OK. I searched long and far, high and low to try to provide you with the information you are asking for.
Apparently, this Italian-based company does not make service information readilly available to the consumer. The only thing I found on the Delonghi corporate site is the User's Manual for your machine. If you do not have a user's manual, click HERE to get a copy. (PDF version)

The User's manual does have toll-free numbers listed in the last few pages that you can call for service information and replacement parts.

I also found a web site that lists most of the replacement parts. Although they have actual photos of most of the parts listed, I did not see any "exploded view" to show you where each of the parts are located. They do however, have a listing at the top of the parts list for a CD. I assume this CD will contain an exploded view and a legend to show you which part is which.
