Washer won't come on at all

Before calling for service: If clothing is still wet it means no spin. The most common problem with this model is a loose connection from the lid switch to the control board. Two white wires going from the lid switch to the control board should be cleaned. Do not touch the control board - especially in dry climates. Static electricity can ruin a board.

Before calling for service: 1. If you cannot hear the motor running check the lid switch. It's common for them to rust or break. 2. If the motor is running but no spin check the belt appearance and tension. 3. If 1 and 2 are okay go to service mode. From Page 14 of the Service Manual; Enter / Exit Service Mode To enter Service Mode press the Enviro Plus and Spin Only keys (simultaneously) for three seconds or until the control beeps. you need to feel under front lip of soap door and pull green line to unlock

1. Open the door to force a soak. 2. Unplug the unit if you're able. 3. Shut off the circuit breaker.

LO error code:

Locked: Lid has failed to unlock -

the machine has repeatedly tried to

unlock the lid. Push lid closed to

make sure nothing from the inside is

pressing against the lid, preventing

unlocking.

Is that the issue? Have the Lid locks failed to release and you can't open the Lid?

Or have the Lid Locks released so you can open the washer lid but the error code LO remains?

Probably leaked thru tub bearing on tub and got into cluth, ur lucky to have this washer for as long asyou have costs more to repair than replace either way if that your problem
